Kafé Fryd

New café opened in the centre of Ål in May 2011.

Kafé Fryd are Åls cultural café, where you can enjoy a nice meal and be entertained by concerts and lectures. Kafé Fryd is primarily a lunch café with sandwiches, lunch meals and cakes, but for larger and smaller groups they also offer dinner serving.

The local food traditions in Hallingdal are emphasized here, and they order products from local producers as often as possible. Home made cakes and pastries served together with great barista coffee.

This place can also be used for meetings and small gatherings. The meeting room can take up to 10 people and the party venue can room up to 40 - 50 guests.

Kafe Fryd is based in the same traditions rich and newly restored building as Aal Pensjonat Bed & Breakfast, right in the centre of Ål.
