Hallingkost

Hallingkost want to give people experience with food only available in Hallingdal. This is what we call short-travelled food basically produced by local raw materials. Most products are organic, and only raw materials with no artificial admixtures are being used.

Hallingkost BA has since 2002 built up a network organization with more then 60 members..

Products from Hallingkost can be obtained in several grocery stores in Ål, and many of the restaurants serve Hallingkost products.
