Every spring Ål welcomes to Ål Cup in handball, and players from 11 - 17 years old gathers to a suitable end of a long season.
Teams from East and West meets here in Ål for friendly matches.
All games are played on one track and there are short distances, which makes Ål Cup and intimate and social tournament. There are always a lot of people watching the games, and a great atmosphere on the grandstand.
A highlight is the AllStar-match on Saturday evening, where all the best players of the tournaments plays together.
For those who needs are break from the grandstand, it is possible to watch the matches on a big screen in the cafeteria. Pictures from the games are also uploaded on the net continuosly.
