Liatoppen Skisenter
Here you can find a track giving you altogether 9 km, whereas 5 km is in a loop. The profile of the track fits well for both active skiers and those just wanting to excersice. The track is being prepared whenever there has been a snow-fall. You are welcome to use Liatoppens' track-brochure. This particulare track is marked with pink, and staring point is at the Liatoppen Skicentre.
Ål Folkepark
The only cross-country track in the centre of Ål is in Ål Folkepark. The track is approx 1.5 km and is being prepared for the first time just over Christmas. This track is being used every Tuesday evening by the members of Ål Langrenn.
Votndalen
By Ål Skicentre you can find a cross-country track approx 3 km.
Leveld
The track in Leveld starts and finishes oposite the school and it is approx 2,5 km.
Vats
By the sports ground in Vats you can go towards Nordheim Fjellstue and to Skarslia, which is about 3 km of flood-lit track. You can use the Bergsjøareas winterbrochure, and find the track nr 8 which is called Bygdeløypa.
