Hiking in Ål (På tur i Ål)

The orienteering section of Ål Sports Association has, together with Ål municipality, published a booklet with 15 especially chosen hikes in Ål. On each hike, there is a control point with a red and white metal sign and a needle punch. When you have 12 different punches (from 12 different hikes), you will get a "Hiking in Ål" - medal. The control points will hang outside until October 15. 2012.

Unfortunately the text in the booklet, which describes the different hikes, is only in Norwegian, However, some of the hikes also have small, describing maps, so it can be possible to find the control point without knowing Norwegian. The price for the booklet is NOK 100, including one medal. Each additional medal costs NOK 40.
